I prefer the black text one but they both kick ass!
NOTE: BOTH PK3 FILES ARE THE SAME! THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS THE TEXT COLOR OF THE
BULLET COUNTER HUD! FF Hud White Text.pk3 HAS WHITE TEXT AND FF Hude Black Text.pk3 HAS BLACK TEXT! ONLY INSTALL ONE FILE AND REPLACE IT WHEN U WANT THE OTHER ONE!

(example: C:\Program Files\Soldier of Fortune II - Double Helix\ Base\mp)
TO SHOW THE NEW LOADING SCREEN YOU HAVE TO FIND THE OLD FF texture mod v1.pk3 AND OPEN IT WITH WINRAR.
GO INTO THE MAP: GFX\MENUS\BACKDROP AND DELETE THE FILE CALLED: pra1_sof2_logo.jpg

Then zip it up again, and rename it .pk3
